There was a rather brief interview with the district manager. Most of the screening was done by placement test. If one hasn't taken the H&R Block tax preparation course, a proficiency test is required for placement.

Via zoom meeting and not so elaborating process if have done course with them. Accounting studies would be best with any customer support or sales experience from past and it’s a seasonal job for around 4 months if you are thinking to take there level 01 course
