There is a phone interview, depending on what position you are applying for there may be a test for the position online, then there is a face to face interview with the office manager or district manager. You may automatically know if you got accepted for the position right away.

The interview started with introductions and small talk via Zoom. The recruiter began asking a series of questions about my background, skills to assess if I was the right fit for the role. I didn't ask too many questions about the company and the role as I felt pretty prepared already.
