Answer - I will try to understand the issue and step at which test case got failed. Will try to facilitate the approach - 1. Retry the Test to ensure its not intermittent issue and issue is consistent. 2. Analyze the Console and Backend Logs for any exception or any error 3. Validate environment configurations and any upgrade in environments
