Interviewers asked basic troubleshooting questions; laid out basic work schedule, asked about basic questions about ATMs, POS's, safes, etc.; also asked about family commitments, as the position is partially "on call" and would require the candidate to be able to answer calls at late/early hours (in other words: this isn't a position for single parents with young children and limited access to child care, candidates who must take care of elderly, etc.; it is more for those who don't have many family commitments). Interviewer also asked if I had any knowledge of some of the "new" programs they had coming online (and hence the reason they were looking to hire new personnel).

UPDATE: After the interview, I was expecting a call for the fourth interview. It never came, even after multiple phone calls leaving voicemails, and sending several emails. No one even reached out to say, "We're sorry, you didn't get the position. Better luck next time." I finally stopped waiting around mid-February and moved on. I really don't know if they were serious about hiring someone (there were only three applicants), or if that's just how they do business.

I had been working for a competing company (NCR) as a temporary contractor, so the things they asked about I had seen done by other workers at NCR, but had not had a "full hand" in myself due to permissions and training at NCR. I was familiar with some of the "new" programs they had coming online from talking to acquaintances at other clients (Walmart, Target, etc.) that I had met working for NCR and former coworkers.
