If that's true, then that's awful and a waste of time.

I just checked my university's job board, and Itential just posted a new opening for the Software/Delivery Engineer position. Are they doing fake interviews again or did they reject everybody and is trying to find someone new?

I went through same interview processes as you described. And I am telling you. It was not that you weren’t selected because of your coding challenge. It was because they did fake interview. I nailed the coding challenge, system design, and behavioral all rounds and still didn’t get offer. What I found was that they already hired someone before they conducted interviews with other candidates. I also started the process at the end of Aug and got rejection in Oct.
