A very long techncal exam about 4 hours , then an interview in c# and c++ , I passed the first techncal exam , but failed in the other interview

8 hours of interviews. 3 hours of them is a computer exam in the following sections: C++ , C#, SQL, OOP, Data structures and Algorithms, IQ. After that if you passed it, you undergo a technical and hr interview just at the same time by the same people. This interview lasted for 2 hours with me. They ask you about your answers in the exam, and they try to make sure that you have a good understanding of the main concepts of the previous topics. They also give you problems to solve on table. And after you pass that, you have an interview with a technical manager that is a little bit harder and he also asks you personal questions that are hr related. Finally if you passed all of that, you will meet the company manager and get the job offer. I completed all this and got an offer. I negotiated with them about the contract details so they apologized and withdrawn their job offer to me !!!!! In the contract they ask you to commit to working for 2 years for the company with a penalty 30 000 LE if you left the company before completing the 2 years. but to be honest they were friendly through the interviewing process.
