Interview was about three hours long. I met with four individuals from the company - so about 45 mins a person. Each person had asked questions about my resume regarding work history, etc. and then had some sort of technical or conceptual question as well. I would suggest being very familiar with bonds, the operations of banks and be ready to answer a quantitative question or two while being timed. Overall, very nice people with decent interviews but timed questions can be relatively nerve racking. Also, three hours can be a bit overwhelming, and this was just the first round.
