Applied through shell website. I was invited to do the online assessment. The online assessment is spilt into 2 parts. After that, I was invited for a phone interview. I was given roughly 1 month to prepare to this interview. The interview took roughly 1 hour. The interviewer was very nice. He asked a lot of follow up questions to improve my responses. The questions are mostly competency based.

After CV selection, you are invited to the first assessment in the application process: an online game-based assessment, powered by HireVue. It takes only 15-20 minutes and can be done at any time within 5 days. After clearing this, they invite you to take part in a short, self-recorded video interview. This is your chance to let your personality shine through and tell them more about your skills and experience. The assessment will take around 20 minutes, and you can complete it at any point over the next 10 days.
