It was conducted in Zoom. The first interview is with the CEO, in which he explains his company with a passion and I could tell he really pushed himself in his early career to become successful. The second interview was with a team leader who again explains more of the company. The most annoying thing was that i didn't get a third interview on the same day. And the team leader was also meant to send a questionnaire, in which he didn't!! With sales companies, if you don't hear back, it means don't bother contacting them, you have already failed the interview. And i don't even know why i failed the interview, neither the CEO or team leader asked me questions during the two interviews, it was just about THEMSELVES and the COMPANY. I'm annoyed because i really need a job in this painful climate the world is facing.

Just the guy pitching the company and talking to a group of people. None of us talked or said anything. They told us we would receive a questionnaire to complete (I don't really get the point of these interviews) but never received anything. Bad experience as a whole.
