I applied at my University career fair. I was given an on-site interview that was purely behavioral. About a week later, I received an invitation for a phone interview with two employees of Texas Instruments. This interview was fairly like the first one except my resume was all fair game. Anything that was on it, they probed at. Overall, it went pretty well. After 5 weeks, I received an e-mail notifying me that I would be receiving an offer. Unfortunately, I had to turn it down as I already accepted another offer.
