I first interviewed with the regional manager in an informal and relaxed setting. We reviewed my resume and my experiences with other companies in the educational publishing space. the regional manager said that the HR person will get back to me with a decision to go forward to stop here. I was called back for a panel interview at TI headquarters in Dallas. It consisted of four people. They asked me various questions like why I want to work for TI, what I learned from my previous experience, and what I expect to do to be successful. I gave a mini-presentation on why a school should adopt their graphing calculators.
I was offered a position and turned it down.
