I was interviewed twice. First it through a phone call by the HR, and second is through a panel of managers. Upon answering the employment site, another site will be emailed where several questions are needed to be answered.

First was called by the hiring manager himself a couple of times. Was very casual. I got to ask as many questions as I wanted. He was very nice. Then, a formal interview was scheduled. I gave a presentation on one of my projects. Lasted an hour. Two people were there and asked me questions about it. Was technical.
