Textron's interview process is very straight forward and not at all difficult. I went through two rounds in the same day. The first was a one on one interview and the second interview consisted of two other people. Both interviews asked the exact same behavioral questions. They clearly were just seeing if you can fit well within the company and trust that you have the basic skills necessary to complete your job.

It was very behavioral focused, though the interviewers asked about specifics on my resume. It was very laid back and they seemed to be very invested and genuinely interested in me as a candidate.
