The interview was fairly easy. I met with a panel of 3 middle managers. I got the interview after being being recruited at an on-campus event at my University. This was back in 2002 when no-body was hiring. Overall, the atmosphere was friendly; no difficult questions. Met with the director, other managers and employees. The place felt old, with the majority of the people having worked there for 30 or 40 years. The middle managers were in their early 40s, seemed to be knowledgeable and reasonable.
