I created judges training for the Middle Level Forensics Association (MLFA), which ultimately became the standard and is utilized throughout the Forensics Community in the State of Wisconsin. I also established a seminar which is held at the MLFA Fall Meetings to use the talents of our coaches to peer train, and to bring in keynote speakers, to enhance our coaching/judging staff skills. At the District level in MPS, I served as a member on the Development Team which developed and implemented District-wide training sessions on a variety of programs MPS wished to institute such as the CLP and Common Core. School led trainings on any number of issues such as teaching, incorporating ELA into areas of study, or other school related topics were also trainings I would help develop and provide instruction on for my colleagues.
