Series of interviews. Mainly focused on analytical skills and ability to work under pressure. Background knowledge of programming concepts, clinical/pharmaceutical research helps. Interview never has the same structure. Differs based on the individual profile. Mainly involves a round of analytical/logical reasoning, followed by technical interview and another optional round of technical interview and finally a hr round.
