Please join us in celebrating Briana Beauchesne and her incredible 15-year journey with CCA! 🎉 Briana's career with CCA began in 2010, but she found her calling as the Curator of Online Learning Content with the CCA University team in 2012. In this role, she masterfully blended her creativity and writing expertise to develop engaging and innovative educational resources for our members. Today, she oversees creating online learning content for multiple CCA divisions. In her time with CCA, she has earned a Telly Award for Online Learning and helped the CCAU achieve five consecutive Training APEX Awards, highlighting her dedication and outstanding expertise. Outside work, Briana proudly supports Ohio State University sports, is a board member for the Animal Rescue League of New Hampshire, and is a marathon-running world traveler. From 2010 to 2019, Jennifer thrived as a Senior Operations Specialist within our Retail Groups before transitioning to the CCA University team. In her current role, Jennifer plays a key role as a "gateway," facilitating connections between our members and the resources and individuals that align with their business objectives. Her extensive industry expertise and outstanding communication skills make her an invaluable resource for our members. Among her many achievements, Jennifer led the successful launch of a new CRM for her team last year, significantly enhancing efficiency, productivity, member relationships, and communication. Please join us in congratulating Dale Jordan, CCA's Product Manager, on 10 incredible years! Dale joined us as a Regional Business Consultant and quickly became known for building strong connections with our members. Growing up in his family's carpet store, he gained valuable experience and a deep understanding of what independent businesses need to succeed. But, the relationships forged with our members go beyond just business. For Dale, the CCA cooperative is "more than just a business relationship"—it's a partnership built on mutual respect and genuine care. Dale embraced a new role three years ago, leveraging his talents to help all of CCA’s retail divisions adopt technology to enhance their operations. His exceptional skill and passion for serving our membership earned him a well-deserved promotion to Product Manager. Since then, he has been a trusted leader, recognized by both peers and members for his extensive knowledge of CCA products and his unwavering commitment to our mission. Outside of work, Dale and his wife Krystle, are the parents of three young children. He enjoys visiting the beach and reading science-fiction - particularly Ender's Game! This month, we’re excited to spotlight Irfan Majid, CCA’s Senior System Support Specialist. For the past six years, Irfan has been an integral part of the CCA family, playing a key role in assisting our members with IT integration tasks. His work ensures seamless communication between CCA’s systems, enabling our team to maximize member rebates. While Irfan excels in all aspects of his role, his favorite part of the job is training new team members. He loves sharing his expertise and finds immense fulfillment in empowering others to succeed. He attributes his success to the incredible support of his manager, colleagues, and family, who foster a collaborative and caring environment that inspires him to accomplish great things. For 17 years, Steve has been a cornerstone of the CCA family, starting as a senior developer building back-office systems. Today, he leads a team driving data and business intelligence, helping our members better understand their competitive landscape and transform vast amounts of data into actionable insights. In an effort to enhance agility and efficiency across our cooperative, his team has completely redesigned CCA's data warehouse and business intelligence group to meet our members’ evolving business needs. Inspired by CCA’s mission to empower small business owners, Steve shares what really inspires him, “Knowing my work helps businesses succeed is incredibly rewarding.
