Capital Group’s associate-driven giving and volunteering programs are an expression of how we value community and empower associates to make meaningful contributions to the causes they are passionate about. Through Associate Involvement Grants, Capital Group provides funding to eligible nonprofits where associates are involved in a significant capacity as board members, committee members or ongoing volunteers. Grant amounts are based on involvement level or volunteer hours.
