The judges praised our focus on training through our apprenticeship scheme and the Glendale Academy, recognising the effort we put into supporting career growth and professional standards. Starting as an Apprentice Arborist Jack quickly demonstrated dedication, initiative, and a genuine passion for the industry. Recognising this potential, Glendale supported his progression into a Graduate Trainee role, where he gained valuable insight into operations and leadership. Within months, Jack took on greater responsibility as a Contract Supervisor, leading teams and ensuring service excellence. His continued commitment and strong leadership paved the way for his recent promotion to Contract Manager, all within just two years. Jack is also currently undertaking a Postgraduate Diploma with the University of Exeter, supported by Glendale, further strengthening his leadership and strategic skills. This journey highlights Glendale’s commitment to investing in people and what’s possible when ambition meets opportunity.

Supporting our local communities: Our new partnership with Nailsea Town Council in North Somerset who were looking to improve standards in the town. The Council engaged Glendale to provide a street orderly to carry out additional services that will benefit residents and visitors.
