Mr. Vinod Sood, MD, in an interview with IP Bazzaar, a one of its kind IP based Tech magazine, talked about the factors that make IP based businesses a lucrative option for investors and the concerns around it. While sharing his insights, he also talked about the steps that inventors can take to attract investors while highlighting the ways through which investors can evolve with IP based businesses and startups. Ms. Manisha Khurana Sardana, Engineering Manager, was invited to present a paper at Azure Dev Day 2025 - a learning event, which was organized by the Society for Technical Communication (STC) India chapter. It was attended by industry experts and students at Microsoft’s office, Noida. The day was packed with expert sessions on Copilot capabilities, customizing AI tools, automation best practices, structuring knowledgebase, and the vital role of taxonomies in enhancing search and findability. Ms. Sardana was joined by Ms. Heather Hedden, Taxonomy Consultant & Instructor, Hedden Information Management, Mr. Rajesh Panchal, Sr. Consultant, and Mr. Saket Kumar, Sr. Consultant, Microsoft, as fellow speakers at the event. She presented on the topic, “AI Integration with Technical Publication Knowledgebase Best Practices”. Her paper emphasized on the importance of technical communication, knowledgebase, and best practices for structuring the knowledgebase with AI Integration. Ms. Sardana initiated her presentation by introducing the audience to technical communication and then delved in detail about understanding AI in Technical Communication. Ms. Sardana also listed the benefits of AI for technical communicators before sharing the case studies and best practices. She concluded her part by talking about the future trends and answered the questions of students present at the event.

HSCians’ Day Out! Starting the year with positivity, teams across Hughes Systique Corporation in the Gurugram campus went for their respective team outings. With many colleagues joining their teammates from their work locations and the current hybrid model, days such as these provided the teams an opportunity to bond beyond work and start the year with a fresh perspective.
As the year 2024 was approaching the last few days before making way for 2025, the HSCians saw the year off with laughter, exciting games, plum cakes and Christmas. From decorating Christmas trees to zipping around the office for Treasure Hunt, the festival makes for a fitting tribute to the year and all the memories that were created in it. Ensuring participation of everyone across, the day also witnessed participants spotting the differences and other engaging online activities. A delectable lunch with authentic plum cakes across the campuses ended the activities for the year and hinted at a pleasant start to the next.

Mr. Sood was also invited as speaker and to moderate a session on “Unlocking the Potential: DeepTech Startups and Corporate in a Dynamic Collaboration”, at CII’s ICONN Summit in T-Hub 2.0 in Hyderabad. At CII’s Big Data & Analytics Conclave, Mr. Sood was joined by Mr. Gaurav Mehrotra, Director – Engineering, who was invited to participate in a panel discussion “Data as the New Currency: Monetizing Information”. HSCians Divya Karki, Gyanendra Singh, Mahesh Garg & Puja Malhotra attended the conclave as delegates.
One who is always eager to help and present in Parivartan's most engagement, Mr. Shubham Gupta, Sr. Principal Engineer, is the Golden Heart of HSC for this edition. Shubham apart from being one of the most proactive members of the Parivartan group is also contributing to causes that are close to his heart through Bhavna Welfare Foundation, in his hometown of Kanpur, UP. Education, Blood Donation, Environment & accessible healthcare are few of the initiatives of the NGO that he has contributed to. He has also been a key figure in encouraging and inspiring all the young members of his team to participate in Parivartan's engagements and collectively take part in the Wish tree donation drive every year. With the theme of “Propelling Innovation for Endless Opportunities”, the conference was attended by tech enthusiasts, industry trailblazers, and forward-thinking visionaries at the Pullman Hotel, New Delhi. The panel explored “how to leverage AI & emerging technologies to foster innovation, optimize operational efficiencies, and enhance competitive advantage of the ER&D sector”. Mr. Gupta focussed on the current use cases where AI enabled automation can lead to digital transformation and shared his forecast for the AI industry in the upcoming 2-3 years. Before concluding, Mr. Gupta also talked about how AI validation & Verification standards and risk management will give “requisite confidence to business executives to adopt AI for critical use cases”.
