On August 1, Iron Mountain reported record financial results, delivering highest ever quarterly revenue and EBITDA of $1.53 billion and $544 million, respectively. “We continue to execute well on our growth strategy and are pleased to report a very strong second quarter, again resulting in all-time record Revenue and Adjusted EBITDA,” said William L. Meaney, President and CEO of Iron Mountain. “We are grateful to our team who continue to drive toward our Project Matterhorn growth targets, including top tier growth in AFFO, which enabled us to increase the dividend by 10%. This is in line with our long term plan to increase the dividend alongside growth in AFFO per share.”
Iron Mountain has completed its acquisition of Regency Technologies, a leading provider of IT asset disposition (ITAD) services in the United States. Building on Iron Mountain's extensive logistics network, which already provides customers with leading information security in IT Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM), the combined platform establishes a market leader in IT asset disposition customer solutions. This will result in enhanced environmental sustainability and increased value recovery at the end of the IT asset lifecycle. Learn more in our press release: http://spr.ly/6047RoZax
As part of our commitment to strengthening our communities, our Moving Mountains volunteer program encourages our employees to contribute to positive change in their communities by providing full-time employees sixteen hours and part-time employees eight hours of annual paid time off to volunteer. The Moving Mountains program has been around for over a decade in some regions, but in 2021, we set a goal that employees would volunteer 100,000 hours for a community or civic organization close to their hearts by 2025 and log it in our Moving Mountains portal. As of May 2024, our employees have volunteered over 82,000 hours across 33 countries supporting 1,100 charitable organizations. We’re proud to help our employees in their efforts to make positive changes in their communities.
