We’ve just published our UK Gender Pay Gap Report 2025, providing an important opportunity to reflect on our progress and where we still have work to do. We’re encouraged to see an increase of women in our workforce, representing 24% of our UK team, alongside a further reduction in our bonus pay gap driven by increased female representation in senior roles. Just as importantly, our analysis shows that pay gaps within equivalent roles remains low. At the same time, we know that meaningful change will take continued, long-term effort. Through initiatives such as enhanced family leave, investment in inclusive leadership, and continued focus on STEM and talent pipelines, we’re building a more inclusive and balanced workforce in a transparent and sustainable way.

Kent has been awarded the FEED contract for the Prinos CO₂ Storage Project in Northern Greece, one of Europe’s most strategically important carbon storage developments. The project will support Greece’s decarbonisation ambitions by enabling the safe, permanent storage of industrial CO₂ emissions. Kent’s scope includes the design of CO₂ handling and storage facility, which will receive, process and inject captured CO₂ into the Prinos aquifer through new subsea infrastructure. As one of the first carbon storage projects in the Mediterranean to receive both environmental and storage permits, Prinos represents a significant step toward scaling CCS across Europe.
From biogas in Uruguay to municipal waste in the UK, we’re engineering the future of aviation fuel. At Kent, we've supported some of the world’s most groundbreaking SAF projects: ✈️ Syzygy Plasmonics’ NovaSAF™ 1 in Uruguay; the first electrified biogas-to-SAF plant, turning agricultural waste into over 350,000 gallons of SAF annually using renewable electricity. ⛅ Confidential HEFA-based SAF Project; supported the development of a commercial-scale SAF facility using the Hydroprocessed Esters and Fatty Acids (HEFA) pathway. ⚡ Equilibrion’s Eq.flight; an advanced power-to-liquids (PtL) SAF demonstration plant, aiming to produce drop-in SAF thanks to nuclear-enabled PtL pathway, with the potential for over 90% lifecycle emissions reduction. ✈️ Fulcrum BioEnergy’s Project Northpoint; major waste-to-fuel development, worked to convert 600,000 tonnes of residual waste into 100 million litres of SAF a year, using a gasification to Fischer-Tropsch pathway.
