Under his leadership, Buck reversed a seven-year revenue decline, achieving consistent growth and tripling profits over his five-year leadership term. Jack began his career at Procter & Gamble before moving to Convergys, a leading provider of outsourced customer service and back-office support, where he grew the company’s revenue from $40M to $2B over thirteen years, achieving an IPO during his tenure.
