Let's hear it for our Memorial Medical Group (MMG) Team! We are excited to share new roles our team members are taking on! ⭐⭐ Katie Goff, RN, has been tapped as our new Specialty Care Service Line Manager. Katie has a long history of practice management experience, serving as the manager for the Ohio State Cardiology group here at Memorial for 10 years, then serving as the manager of Memorial Orthopedics for the past nearly three years. ⭐⭐ Brittany Necci has been promoted to the role of the new Practice Manager for Memorial Orthopedics. Brittany joined the practice in August 2024, serving as a physician extender. Prior, she was an outreach Athletic Trainer at Memorial for five years, plus another three years with OSU! ⭐⭐ Jessica Miller has been with Memorial for six years and will now undertake a new role of Compliance & Quality Analyst for MMG. She will oversee the compliance program, as well as quality initiatives for the organization. In addition to those areas, she will be managing process improvement projects across MMG. During his decade-long tenure, Memorial has made remarkable strides in patient experience, with his leadership playing a pivotal role in that success. In fact, with Ken's guidance, Memorial achieved a 90% “top box” rating across patient satisfaction surveys, meaning 9️⃣ out of 🔟 patients selected the most positive response option when evaluating their care at Memorial. This level of performance reflects an exceptionally high standard of excellence in patient experience. Memorial Health Preparing for Leadership Transition with President/CEO Chip Hubbs Set to Retire in 2027 Memorial Health has announced that Chip Hubbs, President/CEO, will retire in January 2027 with 23 years of dedicated service. For the past nine months, Memorial’s Board of Trustees has been working in collaboration with Hubbs and outside experts to identify those characteristics deemed most important for Memorial’s next CEO. That process resulted in a transition plan that sees Hubbs continuing to serve Memorial as CEO through 2026. As part of that plan, Spence Fisher, current Executive Vice President, has taken on the role of President of Memorial Health, and will become President/CEO upon Hubbs’ retirement.
