The stakes for America’s energy future couldn’t be more clear. Solar Energy Industries Association’s latest analysis shows what’s at risk if Congress repeals federal energy tax credits: • $286 billion in lost investments • 330,000 jobs erased • 331 factories shuttered • 173 TWh less power on the grid • $51 billion in higher energy costs for families and businesses Solar isn’t just a power source. It’s part of the fabric of our communities, supporting American jobs, lowering costs, and fueling innovation. Undermining these incentives won’t just slow progress; it will send us backward when the grid, the economy, and the workforce need forward momentum. Energy infrastructure isn’t theoretical when you’re the one building and maintaining it. It’s real-world work with real-world impacts when policy shifts. Repealing clean energy tax credits doesn’t just slow project timelines. It threatens jobs, raises costs, and makes it harder to deliver the systems our communities are counting on. At SOLV Energy, we support the full lifecycle of solar and storage, from construction to long-term operations. We see firsthand how smart policy supports reliability, performance, and people. This isn’t about politics. It’s about execution. Let’s keep what works and strengthen what's possible! Contact your representative today — https://lnkd.in/gPXCBrEi
You don’t become a best-in-class O&M provider by standing still. SOLV Energy’s Technical Training Program is helping solar technicians sharpen their skills, strengthen their safety practices, and keep energy assets performing long after the ribbon’s cut. From troubleshooting in the field to mastering new technologies, this program is all about real-world improvement — led by the same people who manage our systems every day. We’ll be at American Clean Power Association (ACP)'s CLEANPOWER next week, continuing the conversation around training, performance, and the workforce that makes it all happen. It’s not just training. It’s how we build consistency, accountability, and long-term reliability across every project we touch. Read more about the program — https://lnkd.in/gR58efqB
In 2024, the U.S. added 49 GW of new clean power — the largest single-year increase on record. That kind of momentum doesn’t happen by chance! This level of growth was made possible by a framework that rewarded speed, reliability, and investment in long-term systems. Solar made up 66% of that growth, with storage contributing another 18%! That’s 84% of all new capacity, backed by incentives that helped projects move when they were needed most. Rolling back those tools now would slow deployment, raise costs, and undermine the progress communities are already counting on. The catalyst of energy transformation isn’t just technology, it’s disciplined leadership that knows how to scale what works. And at SOLV Energy, we’re strengthening the backbone of our operations by investing in people. We’re excited to welcome Ronald Stark, CPA, JD as our new Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. With experience leading finance and accounting teams at Arcadium Lithium, NRG Energy, and EY, Ron brings a sharp eye for governance, operational excellence, and building systems that support growth at scale. Finance at SOLV isn’t just a back-office function, it’s a foundation. It ensures our teams are resourced, our operations run with integrity, and our growth stays aligned with the values that built us: safety, quality, and teamwork. Welcome to the team, Ron. We’re glad you’re here. Read the press release — https://lnkd.in/dvnfyQ_C
ACP’s CLEANPOWER 2025 is almost here and SOLV Energy is ready to talk about the real work behind renewable deployment! As the lifecycle partner for solar and storage, we know that maximizing performance, minimizing downtime, and optimizing for long-term generation matter just as much as getting a project online. It’s execution that makes the difference — investing in skilled labor, building accountability into every phase, and sitting down with industry peers to address the operational realities that are impact performance. If you’re heading to CLEANPOWER, May 19–22, and want to talk EPC for PV, HV, and BESS, O&M, SCADA, or how we partner with our project communities — let us know. We’re ready to talk about what comes next, and how to get it right! Message our team that you’ll be there — solvenergy.com
STRONG foundations, make STRONGER partners. We’re proud to welcome SDI Services to the SOLV Energy team and to celebrate the launch of their new website. With deep expertise in foundation drilling, micropiles, and anchor systems, SDI strengthens the start of every project. More to come from this partnership — sdiservices.com
🏛️ Building clean energy takes more than panels and pipelines — it takes policy and enough momentum to run up the Hill. SOLV Energy joined industry leaders at American Clean Power Association (ACP)’s Clean Power on the Hill to meet with Congressional and Senate offices about what it takes to keep solar and storage moving forward. We advocated for stable long-term policy that supports renewable energy deployment, job creation, rural investment, and grid reliability; all emphasized by the need for bipartisan permitting reform to speed up progress. As a lifecycle partner, we know that clean energy success doesn’t stop at construction. It depends on strong systems, reliable workforce pipelines, and policies that reflect the urgency of the moment. This work doesn’t stop in D.C. — solvenergy.com A special thank you to David Whitt, Elia Kleiman, Evelyn Chavez, Tom Payne for representing our field teams!
👷 Safety isn’t one phase of the project, it’s built into every step we take. As a lifecycle partner in solar, SOLV Energy shows up from day one through long-term operations — and safety remains central to all of it. This Construction Safety Week, we’re recognizing the people who keep that standard alive across every crew, shift, and site. From the first morning safety meeting to the final inspection, each step reflects the values we bring to every project: uncompromising safety, unmatched quality, forward-thinking innovation, and teamwork that drives success. Because when safety becomes part of your culture, not just your checklist. It strengthens more than just a project. It strengthens people — solvenergy.com
SOLV Energy's Resolve Council cultivates greater inclusivity and awareness through vibrant cultural events and initiatives to spark meaningful connections at work. Starting today, join us in celebrating the rich heritage and remarkable achievements of the Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. Throughout the month, Resolve is encouraging SOLV Energy employees to learn about AAPI culture at local events, like Children’s Day at the Japanese Friendship Garden Society of San Diego.
