Exciting news: Suffolk Southeast has officially celebrated the topping out of The Residences at 400 Central in St. Petersburg, FL! Standing at 46 stories and 515 feet tall, the building is the tallest residential building on Florida's Gulf Coast. Upon completion, The Residences at 400 Central will deliver 301 luxury condo units, 60,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurants, and 45,000 square feet of office space.
Suffolk Technologies, Suffolk's venture capital investment affiliate, has officially announced the five innovative built-world startups selected for its industry-leading BOOST cohort. Now in its fifth year, BOOST is an intensive 8-week program designed to equip built-world tech startups with the tools to transform the industry. The following startups are leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline design, prefabrication, sustainability goals, project management and data solutions.
Extending a warm welcome to Suffolk's newest Career Start cohort! This group of 57 talented individuals recently joined us in Boston for a week-long orientation, including a tour of our 10 World Trade project. Career Start is Suffolk's industry-leading two-year rotational program for recent college graduates who are passionate about a construction management career. Participants join the program with a national cohort of peers and participate in three rotations to master the fundamentals of Estimating, Project Management, and Field Operations. Complete with leadership exposure and professional development opportunities, Career Start is key to building the pipeline of talent at Suffolk.
Our Southern California teams recently came together for a great golf tournament to support Suffolk's Giving Circle. Community-funded and employee-driven, Giving Circle is our way of financially supporting members of the Suffolk community during times of unforeseen personal hardship. Thank you to our golfers, volunteers and sponsors for making this event such a success. With your help, we raised almost $250,000 to support those in our community who need it most.

Our Suffolk New York team recently hosted a topping out celebration in downtown Brooklyn for our 589 Fulton Street project, also known as The Brook. At 640 feet tall, this residential tower is among the tallest in Brooklyn. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle, the tower yields more than 600,000 square feet and will include 591 multifamily luxury apartments, with 30 percent reserved for affordable AMI rentals. There will also be more than 68,000 square feet of retail and amenity space, including an outdoor pool, fitness center, indoor basketball court, a grand lounge and a rooftop lounge.
Our Suffolk Los Angeles team recently joined forces with the dedicated crew from Homes 4 Families for an enriching Team Build Day aimed at building homes for veterans. With spirits high, the team of 20 tackled the day's main tasks: demolishing an old fence and preparing for CMU block laying. The entire group's energy and dedication were impressive, truly embodying our collaborative spirit with Homes 4 Families. This project is especially meaningful as it helps provide stable housing for veterans, recognizing their service and sacrifices.
