“Volunteering was such a rewarding experience – the perfect mix of teamwork, fun, and giving back. I loved being able to do something hands-on for the community. It definitely brought our team closer and created some great memories. It’s wonderful to work for an organisation that genuinely supports these initiatives.” At bpha, volunteering isn’t simply a benefit or a nice-to have, it’s part of who we are. Every colleague can use one paid day each year to volunteer, supporting our vision of Quality Homes. Connected Communities. We’ve set ourselves an ambitious goal too: at least 40% of colleagues taking part annually. Since 1 April 2025, 160 colleagues have dedicated over 800 hours to volunteering. We genuinely believe in showing up, rolling up our sleeves, and doing what we can to make a positive difference. It’s something we encourage, celebrate, and feel proud of.
