Inquisite's software help organizations collect, understand and manage feedback from customers, employees and partners. The company's Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) software, called Inquisite Survey System, allows users to create and manage surveys and analyze the data provided. Its Employee Performance Management (EPM) System is a Web-based program for HR professionals to track workers' performance and the subsequent appraisal process. Inquisite's clients come from around the globe in a variety of fields, such as consumer goods, life sciences, manufacturing, and retail; customers include Dell, The Gap, and Monster.com. In 2009 Inquisite was acquired by Allegiance, Inc., a developer of EFM software.
