One of the best marketing machines behind the company, so all sales are truly inbound, which is truly unique. Motivated team with nice colleagues. Lunch served by cook everyday in the office in Rotterdam. Get a lot of responsibility on the end-to-end sales process and performance is based on outcomes, not on input/micromaniging.

Very active in the American markets, which is not best suited to serve from Europe with the time differences. High expectation for self-management and self-motivation, which can be challanging for some more junior colleagues

Het leiderschapsteam heeft veel ambities, maar de mensen die daadwerkelijk de beslissingen nemen, zijn niet ervaren genoeg om het schip te leiden. (Learning company that doesn't drink it's own champagne. The leadership team has many ambitions but the people who truly make the decisions are not seasoned enough to lead the ship.) Het creëert een omgeving waarin chaos zich voordoet als "gewone zaken", maar in feite een structurele afwijking is. Ik wens het team het allerbeste, maar als je carrière wilt maken en je wilt ontwikkelen, is dit misschien niet de juiste plek voor jou. Denk goed na over je opties voordat je je bij dit team aansluit. (It creates an environment where chaos is dressed as "regular business" but is infact structural misalignment. I wish the team the best but if you're looking to grow in your career and develop this may not be the right place for you. Really consider your options before joining this team.)
