Pluspunten

Airalo has a very supportive and inclusive remote culture. The leadership is approachable, and invested in employee growth. The work-life balance is great, and there's a lot of trust and autonomy in how you work. Teams are collaborative, and communication flows pretty well across departments. The company is growing fast, so there's plenty of opportunity to take ownership and make an impact.

Minpunten

As with many fast-scaling startups, processes are still evolving. This can sometimes lead to growing pains or a bit of ambiguity in ownership or priorities. You need to be proactive and comfortable with change.
