The company lacks any kind of ethics, humanity and professionalism. They release products that are potential health hazards to the market and don't take responsibility for their mistakes. Very profit-driven. Most employees don't have a medical or pharmaceutical background. Lack of diversity. The only people with any kind of influence are white men. The salary is average at best for non-managerial roles. They are not honest/transparent to their employees. Would not recommend working here.
