- Somehow has the worst aspects of both big and small business - They put very young and inexperienced people in positions they are not competent to be in. - The people are nice enough, but the middle management and HR are totally incompetent. - It's very elitist, if you didn't study at TU Delft, your opinion means nothing. - Salaries are very uncompetitive and they only offer fixed contracts after 2 years if you are lucky. I have seen good people get thrown out at the 2 year mark. - The works council is made up of the most self interested people in the company. - The company is owned by Private Capital and they only see issues when it costs them money. - The product was successful, but now they are paranoid to change anything around the underlying processes. Way too bureaucratic. - Very little room for progression. Fixed structure for salary regardless of ability. - ERP system is terrible - Logistics department is the worst I've ever seen.
