      Pluspunten

      If this company was a color, it would be Pantone: it's just meh. Working conditions are not bad, but the company culture/ identity is quite dead, and the values and missions of the company are very weak. Benefits are good like salary and flexibility of working from home whenever you want

      Minpunten

      Very top down structure. All decisions come from leadership and you have very little saying in how your work is managed. Very process oriented with a lot of inflexibility, which turns the decision making process quite lengthy.
