I thought nice an international and listed company with wonderful standards and values. However, the truth was different... it was a big disappointment and my most unpleasant work experience ever, and that after more than 25 years of work experience. You are never too old to learn they say.... so true!

Unfortunately, a company that uses its culture and values as window dressing. How powerful it would be if management actually lived the norms and values. After 35 years, I have never felt so unsafe within my work. A dishonest manager with a double agenda who takes no stand for you and only hopes you make mistakes, a horrible experience. I hope that those who recognise themselves in the above story have since changed their behaviour. Ask yourself the question: "would I want to be treated this way myself?" Lead by example and be an inspiration for others! Good Luck!
