You feel the hierarchy, more men than women AND more men than women in leadership, no care for employees and management will always take side against the employee regardless of proof and obviousness in the situation, bad evaluations of managers are swept under the rug and they continue bullying employees. Overworking is not an exception, but advised and recommended - but you get nothing for it. You really depend on how much your manager likes you to advance further. If you like politics, this will be a game for you.
