Chaos, technical problems never really get solved due to time constraints and leadership lack any clear direction. Layoff was a bit illegal, tide quickly turns when someone needs to be blamed

Great atmosphere with a multi-cultural team. Very innovative technology in a new and quickly developing market. Lot's of opportunity to take responsibility and make steps in your carreer.

Salary is definitely at a "start-up" level. This should change in the near future. You need to be able to manage your workload properly yourself. There is always more work to do.
