      Great atmosphere with a multi-cultural team. Very innovative technology in a new and quickly developing market. Lot's of opportunity to take responsibility and make steps in your carreer.

      Minpunten

      Salary is definitely at a "start-up" level. This should change in the near future. You need to be able to manage your workload properly yourself. There is always more work to do.

      Opportunity to have big impact on the organisation, on aerospace and the world. Nice vibes at the office, people are supportive and attentive. Much appreciated in covid-times.

      As a startup in a new industry, there are lots of firsts for everyone in the organisation. You learn by doing, not by learning from peers. In the past there have been the typical uncertainties in outlook that come with being a startup. That seems to be resolved now.
