If i could rate this company with zero stars, I would. One is even too much. This company is deliberately hiring unexperienced persons, which they later can blame for the company's failure. There's no guidance, no training , no opportunities ... nothing. Fancy promises are made at the beginning of the hiring process, but later denied. No, not even that. They just never follow through. You will leave this company feeling broken and you will start doubting yourself. This company gaslights all of their employees: No, this is normal, You are crazy! No, it's not normal to let your employees do the work of 3 employees, with minimum guidance and huge ownership. They will burn out. Not having a Work council should be a red flag to not join this company at all: no participation of employees at all. The Board decides everything.

Culture is based on unhealthy ambition and nepotism. Employees are seen as mere costs and burden. I was frequently disrespected by my manager and invalidated because of my nationality and gender, behavior which I saw happening also with colleagues from other minorities. The daily basis was toxic and draining. Nothing was added to my professional background. I never performed the work I was hired for and instead got under skilled tasks with no chances to grow or learn even when requested. The decisions in Azerion are inconsistent and constantly changing, which makes a lot of the time and energy invested on projects going to the drain. It's frustrating.
