The amount of working hours and pressure is unhealthy. Most project leaders are complete workaholics and don’t care about your personal life. The salary is extremely bad (especially for internationals like) and overtime is not compensated. The office organisation is a mess and chaotic. This is probably the reason why most people leave again within a year

- Clear division between dutch and internationals - All juniors are shuffled around every week, depending on which projects are more in a hurry (you are working force, not someone special) - Learning curve differs per person (depending on which project leader you have), no room of improving yourself (due to weekly deadlines) - You will be promised a lot of things during your interview which you will not be getting afterwards - Low salary (not according to CAO standard) and very long hours - Compensation for working overtime is always a issue (not 1 to 1 ratio) - Very disorganized in terms of working structure and office - For BEP and other courses you want to follow, there is a queue (your turn will be in 2 years give or take) - A constant change of colleagues (in 1 year u can see at least 40% of the office leave) - In some cases you are forced to take vacation at a certain period, sometimes your own preferred planned vacation can be not approved
