- Clear division between dutch and internationals
- All juniors are shuffled around every week, depending on which projects are more in a hurry (you are working force, not someone special)
- Learning curve differs per person (depending on which project leader you have), no room of improving yourself (due to weekly deadlines)
- You will be promised a lot of things during your interview which you will not be getting afterwards
- Low salary (not according to CAO standard) and very long hours
- Compensation for working overtime is always a issue (not 1 to 1 ratio)
- Very disorganized in terms of working structure and office
- For BEP and other courses you want to follow, there is a queue (your turn will be in 2 years give or take)
- A constant change of colleagues (in 1 year u can see at least 40% of the office leave)
- In some cases you are forced to take vacation at a certain period, sometimes your own preferred planned vacation can be not approved
