You're guaranteed to work with brilliant colleagues. The people I interact with daily are truly inspiring on both a personal and professional level. Imagine the most efficient volleyball team you've ever played with, everyone wants the team to succeed, goes out of their way to make it happen, and helps you get better. On top of that, I always get to work on interesting projects that matter and create real value. There's no such thing as a “fake” or easy task to start with. You're trusted right away with one of the most relevant projects the team has on the plate, and I honestly believe this is the best way to grow 10x compared to other places.

I wouldn’t call it a drawback, but rather a challenging aspect of the role: you’re given real responsibility from day one, so it’s up to you to recognize when to ask for help. You’ll receive great feedback from your peers, but there will also be moments when you’re leading projects and need to decide when a quick sync, a piece of advice, or a bit of direction would help you move faster.
