I was being sexually harassed and intimidated by another Cervo employee, but when I called my point of contact about this, she told me that I was just confused and taking it the wrong way. The guy sifted through 80 different phone numbers in the WhatsApp group and proceeded to call and text me. The texts started out with him saying he lived in my building and then the texts started to become more sexual. I never actually met this guy, but I saw him one time at work in the parking lot and I only remember him because he was staring in a very obvious and creepy way. This was not the only issue I had with this company, but the biggest problem is lack of support to the employees.
