Minpunten
The management is really toxic: they WILL do everything in their power to put you under pressure and get the chance to squeeze you dry. You WILL be competing with your coworkers, because all they care about is their end-of-the-year bonus, which is contingent upon satisfying all of their KPIs. In other words, they need to drive you out of competition because they need to reach their crazy targets (if they want to lay their hands on that cash, at least). The salary is somewhat meh for the students who work there (close to minimum wage in 2023; and it's even worse for the interns who survive on only 900 euros a month), but you do get some chèques-repas/maaltijdcheques.
