Some colleagues are friendly and supportive. Other junior employees try to help each other because that’s the only support system available.

Minpunten

This is not a good place to start a career. There is very little guidance, training, or mentorship. You are expected to figure everything out on your own, often under pressure and unrealistic deadlines. Leadership does not value employees, especially junior staff. The company is owned by very wealthy people who seem focused only on cutting costs and protecting profits. Employees are treated as replaceable, not as people who are trying to learn and contribute. Communication from management is poor. Decisions are made behind closed doors and announced suddenly, usually after plans are already finalized. Feedback and performance management are inconsistent. Expectations change frequently, and feedback is often reactive rather than constructive. This makes it difficult for employees to understand how to improve or progress. Overall, the culture prioritizes short-term cost control over people and long-term development. For junior employees seeking mentorship, stability, and career growth, this company may not be a good fit.

Despite branding itself as a company that values people, the reality is quite the opposite. Micromanagement is rampant, and decisions seem to be driven more by ego than by strategy. Leadership actively promotes inexperienced individuals into decision-making roles, ensuring that those in power are surrounded by "yes-people" rather than competent, independent thinkers. This stifles innovation, prevents constructive criticism, and ultimately weakens the company from within.
