- People, people and, again, people! We all work in a fun, supportive, informal way and it's amazing how people actually care for each other and they develop friendly relationships. I really feel I'm part of a community where I can be my true self (even though I work 100% remotely)! - Fully Remote work is possible (I get to work for an international tech scale up from beautiful Greece - are you kidding me? ) - Development - the company believes and invests is its people. Over the 8 months that I've been with CloudTalk, I can count at least 10 people that have been promoted to more senior or managerial roles (myself included). - Company Parties in Spain- couldn't not mention this one :)

Since it's a scale-up and up until a year ago the company had 30 people, whereas today we are 250, there are growing pains as we needed to put everything in place from zero but even that is enjoyable because of the way everyone collaborates with each other!
