      Successful company. Steady growth over the last years, with respect to people and culture. Very active researching & building products based on AI/ML

      Minpunten

      Founders left a year ago, now owned by investment group. That's not bad per se, but now it's (urgently) needed to rethink the structure & roles of the Engineering department.

      The company is scaling up quickly but still has a great work atmosphere. You can literally chat or have a coffee with anyone - from starting employee to founder/CEO. There's a pleasant can-do attitude, but with respect for people, work-life balance.

      Minpunten

      If you are looking for a place where everything is worked out unto the smallest details, you better look further. This is a scale-up, and if you are not ready to roll up your sleeves and work with processes that still need to be implemented or fine-tuned: you will be frustrated, and should be looking for a large corporate. But you'll miss out on the fun.
