Many people in burn-out. Rotten corporate leadership that in hard times fire low and mid level employees while the CEO does not resign and admit mistakes. deal with unforeseen US tariffs by firing people and giving 2 roles to those staying. while they hire more and more senior leaders, famous footwear designers, pay irrelevant 'influencers' and fly in First class.

The higher management is.. maybe not incompetent but there is something constantly going wrong. Not a very healthy work environment.
