Great people working there. I made lots of friends but that is the only positive point of this place. If i could give 0 stars I would cause I feel that one start is even too much.

I worked for CYBEX for several years. From the moment I joined to the moment I left, the culture in the company drastically changed for the worse. If you are part of the upper club and the founder likes you, all will be great until the upper club does not want you anymore. It's all about how the founder feels and the day's mood. Leadership fears the founder and is afraid for their job, so they will not make a move that could risk their position. They would even lie to protect themselves. If you need something, you must go through the loop of 5 VPs to approve. There is no trust in the employee; ideas are unwelcome. You are left alone with no direction and no support. Leadership hides behind hour-long meetings to find ways to please the founder. Promotions given are not based on merit or performance but based on who you know and how much they like you. The turnover is enormous. Smart people leave the company due to the lack of recognition of their skills. The HR department is nonexistent due to the fear of repercussions from the founder if they try something. All they do is fire people for reasons that make no sense. They spend their time on legal cases from employees unrightfully let go.
