Thank you very much for your feedback. This is very unfortunate that you have experienced this while working at DPDK.
We actually have implemented a talent retention program so the interns that show outstanding performance during their time at DPDK are usually retained and introduced to Job Career Frameworks to get a better idea of what kind of skills they need to develop in order to boost their career within our agency. For instance, in 2021 we have promoted 15 of our interns, in the Design, Marketing, Business, HR, and Project Management teams. Our average employee tenure is around 2.5 years (including those who started as interns) which is significant for a medium-size digital agency. In total, for 2021-2022 we have 75 colleagues with 70% of full-time employees and 30% of interns as we really like to facilitate a career kick-off of the young talents on the labor market.
We can understand, that things might be different during your time at DPDK a year ago, but we are keen on constantly improving our company, and feedback such as the one you provided us with contributes a lot to this.
