Misleading information about the company during the recruitment process. Constantly reorganizing and changing structures, people are tired of all the changes and focus on profit. You get constantly more tasks and responsibilities, without salary increases. Workload is high and regularly increasing. Due to the increased workload, is the life/work balance difficult to find. People are often not happy about pay and higher management, but not daring to raise concerns. Additionally, beautifully written values, all corporate slogans. Not much to see or find on the work floor. Their highest value is profit. $$$$
