The founders are filling their pockets without caring about anything else. For every dollar made; 70 cents end up in the pockets of the CEO, the other 30 cents get divided by the other 3 founders.

- Horrible management - Unskilled HR - Low pay - Gent office often becomes a creche - the founder will bring his wife and his kids and they run around the office like it's a child playground. - Clear attempts at tax evasion in Belgium even though they depend on government subsidies to pay their BE employees - Unpaid after work hours events that you are expected to participate in even though you have a life outside of work and better things to do - Lack of vision or care for their customers, they're lucky their customers don't know the conditions of working there - Lack of knowledge due to extensive dismissals and new hires - Focus on filling the pockets of the founders. (they call themselves captains.. that should say everything that needs to be said).
